I subscribe to Linux Format.<br>

It has some weaknesses. A lot of typos and grammatical nasties. The
tutorials on KDevelop are useful for me and I am currently rewriting my
old DOS Fortran engineering programs in C++ with this. I started to do
this with Borlands C++Builder but it was not totally compatible with
Win XP. <br>
