I am again hitting problems with Peter Moule's machine. We have found
out that the DVDRW will play some of the video dvds but not others.<br>
<br>
Having read in a PCW Linux item on UBUNTU that not all DVD libraries
are not included for legal reasons, i went to videolan.org & d/l'd
libdvdcss-1.2.9.tar.bz2<br>
I also had a copy of libdvdnav-4.1.2.tar.gz<br>
<br>
I have unpacked the former and used Konsole to install it using:<br>
# urpmi libdvdplay0 wxvlc vlc-plugin-a52 vlc-plugin-ogg vlc-plugin-mad
libmatroska0<br>
<br>
and <br>
# urpmi libdvdcss2<br>
<br>
Konsole is reporting [root@localhost ~]# bash urpmi: command not found<br>
<br>
Step by step suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Peter's running
