A very good point (not touching the fragmented files) I know in the past I lost a large number of files on my Vista machine and all the data recovery tools I looked at seemed to be able to do everything but recover Photos and by which time I had defragged.<br>

Alternatively I believe this one can be installed on a memory stick so it can be used without affecting the machine itself! It also means someone could install it for her and pass over if the help she needs is more on site in nature.<br>
