This is probably a no-brainer, but I haven't used my home computer
(dual boot) in a while, let alone Linux, but I do remember editing an
welsh file created in Window$ with the unicode letters for w^ and y^
in it, and not being able to display those letters satisfactorily in
Linux.

Is there a way I can get the welsh circumflexed letters in
Linux-written documents? I'll use any editor you like to get them!
Star Office 5.x, Kword, anything!
