[SWLUG] 'windows lusers' or 'marketing droids'

Coo, I never thought of myself as a:
'windows luser' or 'marketing droid'

Umm... Let's see... I run NT4 on my laptop (with a
p120 CPU) and Windows 98 on a desktop (with a P166CPU)
but my saving grace is I also run a Linux server (with
an AMD 1700)

Interestingly, my laptop runs faster than my desktop.
I try to view MP3 video on the desktop and it's all
jerky. I view it on my laptop and it runs smoothly,
despite the lower spec processor. I guess either the
registry on the 98 machine is stuffed more full of
Windows cack than I've seen on my regular
junk-eradicating operations.

Two questions:
1. Does anybody know of a Linux mud that I can stuff
onto my Linux box? It'd help if it's precompiled as I
don't have a Linux-based compiler for any language.
2. Does anybody know of any vacancies for Delphi/C++
programmers/PC technicians?
