Use a switch. A switch, unlike a hub, learns which MAC addresses (and
therefore which PCs) are on which port, and offers getting on for full
speed between any two of them. You really won't see any speed difference
between using three NICs and using one NIC and a switch, and in fact
you'll save on CPU usage.
