Personally, I favour this option to the static days each month for each 
venue, as a static timetable is bound to clash with someone's diary.

For example, as it stands with me at the moment since I started working 
in Cardiff, I've been staying over in Cardiff most Thursdays lately so I 
missed the last Carmarthen meeting (which ironically, is where I live!) 
and it's possible I could miss the next one too, but a rotating day 
would ensure that I'll be able to make most Carmarthen meetings, and it 
would also mean that I could attend Cardiff meetings sometimes when they 
fall on a Thursday.
