The "required" qualifications on job ads are frankly complete bollocks 
most of the time anyway IMHO.  If you see a job you think you can do, 
apply anyway - the worst they can do is turn you down.  Most of the job 
ads I see look like someone's just taken a load of technical (often 
unrelated) buzzwords and thrown them down on an advert - I can't imagine 
many people actually having all the qualifications they're after.
