>From my experience, all the main agencies dealing with IT jobs in S
Wales are based in Bristol.  Even Hays, who have offices in Cardiff and
Newport point you to their Bristol Office.  As I said before, there are
a couple of small IT agencies based in Cardiff, but I cannot remember
them off hand.
