[SWLUG] Debuging perl cgi files

I am trying to debug a perl cgi script. It works on the server on the
command line but when I access it via a web page all I am getting is the
bog standard Premature end of script headers: message in the logs.

I have in the past used something called cgiwrap which can give output
indicating what the problem is. but I am getting this error when I try
to download it.

Timeout on server
Connection was to download.sourceforge.net at port 80

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
