Generally, it's not possible, as an IP address can a maximum of one 
reverse entry, while one A record can have many IP addresses and many A 
records can have the same address.

Unless you check every forward entry for every domain, or, as someone 
else pointed out, do a zone-transfer for every domain, then it won't work.

But, there are a few sites which can go some way towards that. Give the 
following link a try, it may give you a rough idea, but it won't be an 
exact figure (if you're lucky, you may get around half the sites 
actually on the address):
