I've not used the main ITV Catchup service, but I have used the ITV F1 
web page before which has every section of the grandprix available to 
watch, however as I discovered to my woe last time I went to watch a 
grand prix there after I had missed it, they plaster who won the GP all 
over that site, even the final section of the GP was labelled so that it 
told you who won the race and so I was very annoyed especially as it's 
billed as a F1 catch up service. The ITV.com/f1 site uses Flash and not 
silverlight, but you might want to get someone else to start the clip 
playing whilst you're not in the room/have yours eyes closed and ears 
covered.
