[SWLUG] Kprinter and Thunderbird

Dear All

Can anyone tell me of a distribution that allows Thunderbird to print to 
kprinter out of the box.  Or any other route to access all printer options.

If this is not possible can anyone point me to instructions on how to 
achieve this as I have tried two very similar solutions which do not work.

Failing this can anyone tell me if KMail allows individual folders 
(inbox, sent, draft, Trash) per e-mail address.  I know that evolution 
does not.  I have five addresses I must keep separate.  I have looked at 
Kmail and cannot see how to do this.

I do not want to have five profiles that I must log into, such as with 
Outlook Express.

Thunderbird is my first choice but I am now fed up with not being able 
to access all the printing options.  Firefox does give access to 
Kprinter and all printing options.
