[SWLUG] Web Based SVN Interface

 Hello all,

 I have been searching around a bit but cannot quite find anything. I am 
 wondering if there is such a thing as a web based SVN client.

 i.e. I go to a web address, get prompted for login details and can then 
 view repositories, download local copies and then (more importantly) 
 upload/commit my new versions.

 It is the uploading via a browser bit I am interested in. I have WebSVN 
 working, but this is read only.
