[Swlug] Participation in SWAMP Fest.

Hi Justin,

A few of us on IRC are interested, but are somewhat reluctant to say yes
and then be forced to pullout when our families (and even work) rewrite
our calendars once term begins etc. That's probably the wooliest yes you
can get, but can you work with it? 

I think it would be a terrible shame for SWLUG not to be able to support
SWAMP Fest, given the breadth of skills and depth of experience there is
bound to be some cross fertilisation of ideas. Thanks for including
SWLUG in your kick-off.
