Have you tried deleting /var/cache/apt/archives/bc_1
<div style="direction: ltr;">.06-17_i386.deb and trying again?

be downloaded again after you delete it.<br>

I'd check /etc/apt/sources.list too, and maybe refresh the local apt cache (using apt-get update).<br>
