I am using Ubuntu 9.10 <br>
I have looked on the site that you supplied and made some changes. <br>
I found that my time zone is the Isle of Man which is OK.<br>
I ran locale on the terminal and found that I still have everything as
US.<br>
<br>
I shall delve further and see what I can find.<br>
