Agreed. My GPS is a Garmin and only has Windows for updates. The
VM solution works fine. I have Windows Server 2008 (free student
edition) running in Virtual Box.<br>

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm dual-booting (OK triple if you
include Windows XP, 7 and Mint) so it's not a major issue to reboot
and check every so often, but with my memory - or lack thereof -
it's an irritant.<br>
