<p>Thank you for the official openSUSE upgrade link. By following it
rather than another link that came up on an Internet search I have
now successfully upgraded from openSUSE Leap 15.3 to 15.4. Lesson
learnt use official documentation not other documentation.</p>

800 packages left to apply with 1100 done. Problem was zypper
executable was hosed with</div>

undefined symbol:...". I just scp'd the libzypp and zypper
packages from the DVD image over and applied with rpm, and
they restarted the 'zypper dup'. It saved a 600 mile
round-trip, or having to 'fess up to a colleague and do a
rollback :)</div>
