[Wiltshire] Xen - DomU Backups

Hi Guys,

I am setting up a server using Xen for the office we will be using 
CentOS as the Dom0, It will be running two DomU's Windows 2003SBS & a 
Linux DomU.

I will have a tape drive attached to the Dom0 but as far as I understand 
the DomU's will not be able to access the tape drive on the Dom0, I was 
thinking about backing up the Windows box using it's built in MS Backup 
this will take care of exchange and it's log files etc, I would have it 
backing up to file on a NFS / SMB mount on the Dom0. I will then run 
Bacula on the Dom0 and a agent for Bacula on the Linux DomU and backup 
the whole lot to tape.

Does this sound sane to you guys?  Any one have any better ideas / 
solutions?
