[Wiltshire] Finding modified configuration files associated with Debian/Ubuntu Packages

dpkg (used in debian and ubuntu and various derivatives)
keeps track of configuration files associated with a
package and keeps hold of a checksum of installed
   configuration files.

This way, when you upgrade the package and there is now
an updated version of the default configuration file, dpkg
knows if it can just install it, or if you need to merge
changes manually from your modified config.

I would like, to systematically, find out what installed
packages have modified configurations, without actually
   updating/installing anything -- i.e. "discover"
customized files on a system, basically.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks,

--Simon
