Hi,

If you end up with a Speedtouch modem (Green 'frog' like thing) or a 
Speedtouch 330 (Purplely type thing) then speedtouch.sourceforge.net is 
a good place.

Or www.consultmatt.co.uk (my website) I have an old tutorual on a rather 
labrious method of getting the Speedtouch USB's working.
