(Apologies to anyone who's seen/been told about this dozens of times before,
but I thought it was quite funny).

Basically it's a list of (unintentionally?) humerous articles in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base (a euphanism for support/bug workaround database). As with
other such things, it's all the more humourous because it's real. A few of
the highlights (in my opinion) include:

Q145674: How Long Does it Take to Set Up Pregnancy and Child Care
"The first time you install and start Microsoft Pregnancy and Child Care
takes between 4 and 15 minutes."

(web site author's comment: "Well, I guess the first time never lasts long,
does it?")

and this one, relating to interoperability problems between the Kerberos
implementations in Windows 2000 and UNIX:

Q276304: Error Message: Your Password Must Be at Least 18770 Characters
and Cannot Repeat Any of Your Previous 30689 Passwords
Darn. "Note that the number of required characters changes from 17,145 to
18,770 with the installation of SP1."

No doubt even Fizzy would be impressed by the use of such a stringent password
policy.
