Your uncharitable scenario is probably closer to the truth I was just
using them as an example but you have proved that perhaps it was not a
fair one.

I would be happy to write some help files but as a Learner (I hate
newbie) I cant get the chicken & egg out of my head how can I write
about something I am unsure of that some poor trusting soul will use on
their prized equipment?
