Dell machines seem to come up trumps with most Linux distros I've never had 
any major problems with my Latitude CPx Laptop. I spec'ed up a new one the 
other day but after I punched in all the goodies I wanted it came to over 
£1600.00 little out of my budget I'm afraid.
