I've got a document here that cant be ignored, I have shared this info with 
someone from this list (I cant go into details for obvious reasons) surfice 
to say everyone that purchased and has an email confirmation has a very good 
moral stand point (notice I didn't use the word case) don't take it lying 
down get what your owed!
