PS - I considered posting this message from the cusp of the epoch but
that would just be silly.  Everyone knows we are having killer parties
on 1st Jan 1970 and on Jan 19th 2038 we are all too busy having epoch
parties with our time machine owning bugbusting buddies ;-) Bonus points
for knowing the epoch of lesser machines (VMS 0 hour is naught but
nautical ;-) and Macs are predicable. any others?
