No believe me I would rather have perl hidden underground for future
populations to understand why we all died out in that horrible text
extraction error of 2020

what I am saying is it is the right solution but it has already been
done so don't reinvent the wheel ;-)

I don't think many people understood the first post in this thread it
seemed like you had a new problem to solve hence the solutions that you
where given.  Perl, sed and other languages with powerful text
extraction tools would have all produced a neat script that either you
or your co-workers could use as easy as pi (or is it pie?)

most of which would result in a neat script like the demoronizer but for
your actual problem ;-)  becuase the solution already exists and works
then this one should be used.  I don't ground wheat and milk cows every
time I want a pizza I pick up the phone.
