[Wolves] ./configure errors

Hi Folk

You have gathered that I am busy!!

Everytime I run ./config I get the following error:

checking for libz... configure: error: not found.
Check your installation and look into config.log

I looked for libz and I have the following:

libzvt2 hwich is a GNOME widget library.

Any ideas?
