[Wolves] Building RPMs

>From what I can find in my SuSE 9.1 manual RPMBuild is part of YaST. 
I don't know much yet about this but I 'think' RPMbuild can be invoked
from the console or it is done automatically through YaST.  If I can
find anymore I'll post it up.
