Just for info's sake I have KDE 3.3 on this Fedora 3 Laptop I cant say as I 
see much difference I use Gnome desktop on this machine with some KDE apps 
but at home I run KDE desktop on my Suse 9.1 Pro.

I suppose it will be the same when I update my Suse box at home, not a lot to 
get excited about.
