I think the most 'intellectually challenged' support calls i actually
got are from this one woman a MD of a company.

Ie:

I cant access the network.

(got her to check settings and the cables etc nothin)

The she came out and said, would it have anything to do with the
server rebooting as i just updated it and restarted it??.


A couple of weeks later, she phoned again

HI we have an electrical engineer here and we want to know how to shut
the server down.

(Firstly, the server controls her net access and stores all the files
so no-one could work, and secondly a couple of weeks ago she managed
to reboot it on her own, so i dont see why she needs me to tell her
how to do so??)
