how fast is your connection to the Internet?  Mine tends to peak at 
about 250kb so downloads from fast servers and well seeded torrents can 
stay at 150 to 200 all day.  Until BT remember that since it doubled my 
bandwith and knocked more than a fiver a month off the price it gave me 
a limit that works out at about 1gig a day.  It seems that since our 
original contract was unlimited we still get unlimited downloads for 
the time being ;-)

To put PC's ISO download in perspective I tend to start downloading 
these things at about 2 in the afternoon and they are always waiting to 
install by the time I am ready to use them at 6.  How do you think 
people manage to file bugs on ubuntu milestones just a couple of hours 
after release?

ER and the Simpsons are shown in the US on Sunday night, with this 
connection you could, theoretically, start a download when you get up 
in the morning and watch them both before eastenders starts at 8 on 
Monday night, if you wanted to that is.
