This particular set of claims have been around for a year or so now. 
They pitted the latest Windows (server software) against Red Hat
(server again) software that was about 3 years out of date.  It has
been discredited that many times that I'm surprised they still have
the nerve to leave it on the webstie.  That was a typo but it's rather
appropriate so I'm leaving it :-)
