My Coppermine is at http://www.drinky.org.uk/gallery/
to be honest I think it's a little overkill and is a
bit confusing to set up your galleries in the way you
want.

As can be seen from mine, I uploaded my pics and set
up the galleries, then realised they were user
galleries, rather than 'up-front' galleries. I got
half way through setting them up in the way I wanted
them and got bored and confused. I now have 2 linked
galleries with nothing in them and 2 user galleries
that most people wouldn't notice were there. It also
uses MySQL.

I think Gallery is probably an easier bet, it's a
question of what you want: looks, features and
complexity or simple and easy to use.

I might choose Gallery myself next time.
