First David card and cable work fine.  Replaced both.
second DMZ is plugged straight into smothy box so there are three
ethernet cards.
I originally only had two pci slots in the machine so I didn't bother
with the DMZ but with a bit of after thought I realised that one of
the pci cards was a sound card so didn't need to be in the box. so I
dropped in the third pci card upgraded to smoothwall 2 from 1, and the
DMZ just doesn't want to work.
