But before you attempt to open the case.  Is your Dell 2400 under
warranty?  If not, that's ok!

If it is under warranty, check your manaufacturer's small print, there
may be a clause that allows you to 'upgrade' AGP card with an
equivalent or better if your PC breaks down.

And above all, if you are attempting to slot an AGP card into the
vacant AGP slot, PLEASE PLEASE ensure you have earthed yourself,
simply by touching the metal frame of the PC box (NOT THE POWER
SUPPLY).  This will get rid of the static electricity, and you'll be
safe to slot one in.
