After all the confusion I caused last time, here is the web site of the
new group:

    http://ossg.bcs.org/

I'm not sure Playstation 2 is really the best way to start though. I
wonder if she likes paintball?

Would the BCS Information Systems Examination Board be an appropriate
body to administer Linux qualifications?

The ITIL qualifications in Service Management seem to be getting wide
industry support and you can't get much more vendor-neutral.
The government also defer to the BCS for advice on IT issues so it is a
good place to start changing attitudes.
