Cannon, you're on drugs.

My website, right? kryogenix.org. Pretty big; it's got something like
eight years of content in it. Constant weblogging, picture gallery,
mp3s, a fiction archive, all my web experiments...

95MB.

You are not going to run out of space in 200MB :-)

I invite you to look at blogger.com, which makes this very very easy
indeed. If you don't want to use your webspace they'll give you some
free at blogspot.com.

Alternatively, use an existing weblogging package. If you get a MySQL
database then I'd recommend WordPress. If you only get file space, I'd
recommend pyblosxom.
