Ok , the one thing i couln't find was effiiency for SWPSU apart from 
being 'highly efficient'.
So what you need to do is work out how much you need in power for your 
pc , say 300w and then estimate that the PSU is say 75%  efficient.
So 100w in this example  is wasted (400 to make 300), and  thus you need 
to keep the equivalent of a 100w bulb  cool in an enclosure.
Then ask a thermodynamics bloke !
