Yep. I looked at cgi:irc for the thing that I did, but my key point
(and, I suspect, Pete's) is that I wanted people not to necessarily
know that they were connected to an IRC server. AFAICT, you can't make
cgi:irc just be a box for text and a box for entry; it has to look and
work like an irc client.
