Hmm this is exactly where I start to get the hump. (Not with you by the way)

rpm -qi pygtk says "Not installed"

rpm -qa pygtk returns nothing

whereis pygtk returns pygtk: /usr/lib/pygtk /usr/share/pygtk
So I take it, it is B.......y installed

yast -i pygtk returns
[Error] Following packages haven't been found on the medium: pygtk
