I don't think I made the instruction clear enough.
You need to change the language settings in your Gmail account to US not your 
local machine.

Following on from your reply about five years ago I had a free desktop 
environment from some people called WebOS it was pretty clever in respect of 
you logged in to, for want a of a better word, a desktop environment from 
www.webos.com (probably not the correct address and possibly dead now 
anyway).

You had a start menu, word, excel and even a connect 4 game all the usual 
folders My Documents etc. The idea was you didn't need your own PC as such so 
long as you could get on the net you could work from anywhere.

Pretty cool really but as it became popular they sold it and the new 
owners/hosters wanted to charge so I gave my account up
