Hmmm - interestingly on Ubuntu Breezy it appears to be
/etc/apache2/mods-available/rewrite.load so you need to symlink that.

Where Debian calls it mod_rewrite.load

I'm interested to know why this is different. Anyway - rm that link and
re-create it properly
