mynetworks=192.168.2.0/24, 127.0.0.0/8, externalipaddress/cidr
or
mynetworks=192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0, 127.0.0.0/255.0.0.0,
externalipaddress/netmask

If you want just 1 external address in the list (eg work), you can just
put the address, address/255.255.255.255 or address/32
