aah.. but selling off playing fields is fine ... as :

a) Kids are obese, and not interested in sport any longer (they have
nintendogs and chocolate bars to get through break time(s) with!)

b) Kids aren't allowed to play unsupervised, or take risks - even if
Mummy is watching.
