You could look at a Billion Router and Sonicwall TZ180, or similar firewall.
Both obtainable from Tekdata in Stoke on Trent  (tekdata.co.uk).  The TZ can
be configured as NAT or No-NAT, as can the Billion.  Also, if you have fixed
IP addresses you can use the TZ has built in Global VPN and also a VPN
Tunnel.  May be a bit pricey for home use though.  I used them to set up a
customer WAN and also gave them a VPN Tunnel to their head office.  Tekdata
also gave excellent tech support.
