Another +1 for robocopy. I have used it to sync TB of data between
windows boxen before now, works pretty well.

On the subject of surprisingly good utilities from Microsoft,
logparser is also very neat. Lets you query things like apache or iis
logs using an sql syntax. You can even query your C: to search for
largest file using something like "select from c:\ where size > 10MB"
kinda thing.
