[Wolves] Ubuntu CDs - Init not found

Thanks, I havent run memtest on it yet but I will give it a go.

Other distro's seem to load fine, it just seems to be Ubuntu. I tried 
Mint as its Ubuntu based and that works well enough too. I had kind of 
ruled out hardware but it is definitely worth a go! Like you say I guess 
it could be Ubuntu itself not recognising the CD drive.

I've just burned the  alternate cd so will try noapic noacpi too, thanks.
