[Wolves] Ubuntu CDs - Init not found

Hi all

Just a quick update on this.

I've found that media which passed the test before are now failing it. I 
think this is probably either down to either dodgy media or a slowly 
failing CD drive.

I think it is literally unable to read from the disk.

Im getting some new branded CD's this evening and will give those a try, 
see if it's any better.
